Attendees will be responsible for payment upon submission of the registration form.  A place will only be assured upon confirmation or clearance of payment.  No cancellations will be accepted. You may substitute delegates at any time in writing. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, L & N Events reserves the right to cancel, change the programme content, the speakers, the venue, or the date. Such cancellations or changes will be made in writing to delegates within 5 working days of an event. In the event of L & N Events cancelling an event, a full refund will be made.
Cancellations by delegates will only be accepted prior to payment and should be in writing. You will be provided with an invoice containing payment details.
